Common questions
Must we replace our own software fully?
Not always. Many keep accounts in old software and use iLogitix for LR → OFD → POD → GST. Clients can still track if Client Access is on.
Is leaving old transport software harder than leaving Excel?
Matching columns can take a bit more care. Plan is the same: import parties and open LRs, try one branch, then move others. Excel sample files help.
What usually makes people switch?
