How do multi-branch transporters stop booking clerks from seeing other branches' LRs?
iLogitix uses branch-scoped roles. Each user is assigned to one or more branches. Booking clerks see only their branch's LRs and status, while managers and accounts staff can have broader visibility as configured by the company admin.
Can different branches have different user permissions?
Yes. Each user can have different roles and permissions. A booking clerk in Ahmedabad might only see Ahmedabad LRs, while the accounts team can see all branches. HQ or leadership users get full visibility across the network.
How does LR status stay consistent across branches?
There is one LR record from booking to delivery. When the origin branch books, the destination branch sees the incoming status. When destination marks delivered, origin sees the updated status. No conflicting copies or merged spreadsheets.
Can branches share the same customer masters?
Yes. Customers (consignors, consignees, billing accounts) are shared across the company. Each branch can book for any customer, and billing can invoice across branches while seeing one outstanding view per customer.
Does multi-branch work with GST billing?
Yes. TBB bookings from any branch accumulate against the billing customer. Accounts can generate invoices across branches, applying SGST/CGST or IGST based on route context.
