Why do transport companies need HRMS inside their TMS?
Transport offices employ booking clerks, loaders, drivers, delivery staff and accounts people across branches. When HR runs on registers or a separate app, salary and attendance never match ops reality. Keeping HR in the same system as LR and delivery means one company login, branch-wise staff, and less duplicate data entry.
Can drivers and delivery staff mark their own attendance?
Yes. Staff can punch in from their phone with optional location check (geofence). HR or branch managers can also mark attendance. Leave requests go through approval so attendance and payroll stay in sync.
Does HRMS support monthly salary and daily wage workers?
Yes. You can set monthly salary for office staff or daily wage for loaders and casual workers. Payroll periods can be run and finalized when accounts is ready — payslips can be downloaded for records.
Who can see salary details?
Salary and payroll screens are restricted to Admin and HR roles. Branch and accounts users can work on transport ops without seeing everyone's pay. Staff see their own attendance, leave and payslip through self-service.
