POD (Proof of Delivery)

Proof of delivery (POD) is evidence — photo, signature or document — that goods were delivered (or an undelivered reason was recorded).

Digital POD attached to the LR closes OFD cleanly and gives accounts evidence for disputes. Relying on WhatsApp photo albums breaks that chain.
